Raised in Knurów, Poland and based in Stockholm, Sweden, m0n0 jay is an independent artist, producer, and competitive powerlifter. After walking away from the corporate marketing lane to self-fund her own uncompromising sonic universe, she pioneered a lane of her own — fusing basement powerlifting culture with industrial art-pop, deep house, and glitch-punk.
Testing her tracks over the sound system of her Stockholm basement powerlifting club — where friends gather to lift by day and dance under dimmed lights after hours — m0n0 jay creates visceral, body-forward music that turns physical tension into art.
